In the lead up to their performance at Wembley in mid-March 2009, Elbow will tour the UK. Eleven dates are scheduled prior to the London gig.
Beginning down south in Brighton on February 28, the tour will head to all corners of the mainland before culminating in the Wembley show on March 14.
The band have also said they will fulfil a life-long ambition when they appear at Blackpool's legendary Empress Ballroom on March 7.
