LAST NYE AT ASTORIA

 
Twickenham-based folk rockers Noah and the Whale have been confirmed as headliner's for the last ever New Year's Eve party at London's Astoria. The legendary venue will be demolished in 2009 as part of Crossrail's underground transport project but not before the four-piece take the stage once more.
With their debut album 'Peaceful, The World Lays Me Down' reaching number five on the UK charts, the group have established a strong following.
Noah and the Whale will be joined by Young and Lost Club at Push Club's New Year's Eve party at Astoria 2. Tickets are available through seetickets.com among other outlets.
