Rare Beatles Album On Ebay

Numbered Copy of The White Album For Auction

 

A rare, numbered copy of the Beatles, The White Album, has been put up for auction on eBay.

 
The seller on eBay claims the valuable copy was originally owned by Les Anthony – John Lennon's former chauffer and bodyguard.

 
It is known that Lennon hired Anthony at about the the time of the record's release, 1968, and would often give him gifts.

 
The album is being auctioned on the US eBay site and the current top bid is $15,875. The auction ends tomorrow, 19 June.
