So What Pink Reviewed By : Lisa Wright

Now, I'm all for a bit of healthy feminism and ‘sticking it to the man’ but when the result is three and a half minutes of slightly cringe worthy cliché over some kind of bizarre pseudo-Chinese backing track, then my political leanings start to wane a little. With ‘So What’, Pink, sorry P!nk, carries on in trademark style with another ‘all men are bastards’ rant, but the point is somewhat undermined by the lyrical embarrassments that are: “I'm alright, I'm just fine/And you're a tool”, “Uh, check my flow” and, well... the rest of the song. You can’t fault her motives but the outcome is far too predictable to cause any actual reaction. One can only assume that the exclamation mark in her name is ironic because there’s really nothing surprising about P!nk at all.
