They may be Oxford University dropouts but they don’t half make intelligent indie music. ‘Red Socks Pugie’ will no doubt fill our dancefloors like the singles that proceeded it, invoking awkward thrusts and arm movements across the nation. Plus, for a nice change, they have actually decided to write a chorus and it’s all the better for it. This is cheerful and emotional, a match made in heaven. And the more you listen, the wider the gates open, and the better it gets. Still no idea what the title means though. Oxford Smoxford! 8/10
