‘I can be’, is a big tune, in the sense that
it’s orchestral pop music. The music video features all the guys from the
string section getting down with their bad selves. It kind of makes you wish
you stuck with the violin at school. Not only has this tune got some big production going on, its also got a MESSAGE
yes my friends, it’s saying, “I can be bigger and stronger and harder” and no
its not referring to a certain blue tablet , it refers to the strength of the
inner man. Yes, it’s spiritual, I love so many aspects of this song and yet
long after it’s turned off I‘m still waiting for that oomph. What’s wrong with
me? Taio Cruz has a great voice and great backing in terms of production and
video and the song , well, to the mans credit, very little of the releases in
this genre carries a message these days. This genre, meaning pop/R’N’B. There you have it.
